When you think about business you probably don"t realize how important the competition is. After all they are the people that might present some problem to you. Why? Because some customers might choose to go to them rather than to your store and thus you will lose money. You have to be aware of it as you never know what is going to happen. You have to always be one step ahead of them and make sure that your customers are happy from what you present them. They want to feel that they have made the best choice possible. Thanks to such attitude they will like to come back to you. That is why different companies are fighting with each other to get as many customers as possible. I have seen a great example of that recently myself. I start a new business and I sell gold to people who are interested in it. I like my job and I have always wanted to have a business on my own. For many people it might be difficult but I enjoy doing it so I don"t feel any inconvenience. Recently, though, someone from the competition visited my store and told me that I should go sell gold somewhere else or I would have problems. They were letting me know in this way that this is their territory.
